OLIVER WILLS RESIDENCE
A unique design feature of the Oliver Wills Residence is the central light well. It serves many purposes and was pivotal in achieving a high energy efficient family home. With the use of double height, floor to ceiling glazed louvers the light well encloses an internal polished block thermal wall that helps to maintain comfortable living conditions throughout all the seasons.
"Our goal was to build a home that could be cooled by natural breezes during summer yet remain quite warm during winter with little to no assistance from other appliances.
